Bracelet Sizing Tips:
• Measure your wrist using a tape measure (or a piece of string and ruler)
• Add approximately 1/4” to 1” to your measurement, 1/4” to 1/2” for snug fit and 1” or more for a loose fit
• Example: Wrist measurement of 6.5 inches, a size 7 would be a snug fit and 7.5 would be a loose fit
• Size 7 is our most popular size, followed by 7.5
• We pre-stretch our elastic to avoid them stretching out with wear
• If you need a smaller size please just leave the length you need in the checkout section and we would be happy to custom make it for you

Why do we blend our oils in a base of avocado oil?
This allows the our oils to be more skin safe for use on our lava stone jewelry as well as dispersing the scent of the oils more slowly, allowing you to enjoy the aroma longer.

Lava beads are naturally porous, allowing the ability to apply your favourite essential oils for subtle aromatherapy all day long! Simply rub your desired oil directly on the stone and replace as desired for long lasting effects.

*Please note: The quality of oil may effect the absorbency and scent. If your oils are diluted too much or with certain carrier oils, it may take longer to absorb or not absorb as well.

Aromatherapy diffuser jewelry is a fantastic way to wear your favourite essential oil all day long and enjoy the added benefits of aromatherapy. To use, simply add 1-3 drops of desired essential oil to a diffuser pad and close in locket, or directly to the lava stones for lava jewelry. Essential oils should be reapplied every few days to a week depending on how strong you prefer your scent to be.
